[Somerset] I SEE i SEE Ice Pop from Hong Kong

After frozen yogurt craze, will there be popsicle craze? With only few contenders in Singapore, I SEE i SEE is definitely a new strong player in the market. They will open its first outlet outside Hong Kong today at 313 Somerset’s food hall B3. It’s perfect in this scorching weather.

I SEE i SEE uses top quality ingredients for its range of fruit and milk-based ice pops, with no added preservatives or colouring. Some flavours are made from blending fresh fruits, making it healthy due to its high fruit content. There are 8 to 12 flavours on display at a time and occasional specials. No two ice pops are alike as each are lovingly handcrafted by an ice pop artist in small batches.

I SEE i SEE uses a quick-freeze method resulting in a snow-like texture of refined ice crystals. This process requires the filled moulds to be fully submerged into a freezing fluid at -18°C to -20°C.

Besides boasting on its taste, I SEE i SEE also has a nice packaging and very instagram-worthy. Each cup is personalised with the customer’s name written in calligraphy. On the cups, there are fun one-liners by the brand itself, such as: “’Cos the little things are actually big”, “Happy things happen when you keep your heart open” and “A little treat for your dancing feet”.

Some highlights of the flavours include:
