The sexy cocktail  ‘White Cosmopolitan’ by Daniel Boulud has arrived at db Bistro & Oyster bar in Singapore. This signature drink from restaurant Daniel in New York City is a twist from the classic Cosmopolitan (comprising of vodka, cranberry and lime juice). Enjoy the floral and delicate flavours of the drink, which comprises white cranberry juice and St. Germain elderflower liqueur for a subtle nectary boost.

Enjoy 1-for-1 White Cosmopolitan at db Bistro & Oyster Bar on Fridays from 7 October till 25 November at the bar.

Executive Chef Jonathan Kinsella has prepared delicious dishes that will take you to regions of France with dishes such as Alsatian Tarte Flambe with Munster, and Choucroute Garnie for two. The Choucroute Garnie is a combination of Iberico pork chop, smoked pork, beef sausages and rilon, mustard braised pork dumplings and house-made sauerkraut. End your meal with a glass of Riesling and choose between an Apple Tart Tatin or a Traditional Funnel Cake for desserts.

The Masqued Ball at Adrift on Halloween

This is the inaugural of Adrift’s Haloween night. Enjoy a four-course omakase dinner with customized beverage pairing followed by dancing all night. The Omakase menu specially prepared by chef David Myers features seasonal dishes such as Alaskan Crab Cocktail; foie gras, confit quail as well as miso glazed pork chop. You can also enjoy the night with free flow drinks, sultry cocktails and surprises.
